Nestled between the pristine Sea of Cortez and towering red rock peaks of the Sonora Mountains, Casa Margaritaville is more like mini tropical resort than an exclusive ocean front private residence. Designed for entertaining, Casa Margaritaville is a spacious seaside home, surounded by huge Royal Palms, Plumeria, Coconut and Banana trees with enough different varieties of beautiful tropical flowers and shrubbery to call it a botanical garden.

The heart of this unique hacienda is a large heated pool, the Margaritaville Tiki Bar and large outside dining and cooking area. Casa Margaritaville has its own sturdy boat dock, fish cleaning station and a spacious patio area with large palapa covered table, right on Bahia San Carlos. This is our favorite place to watch the peligans diving for bait fish while enjoying morning coffee, fresh fruit and juice. The Bahia Patio overlooks scores of moored sailing yachts, past which you can watch the charter boats departing the San Carlos boat harbor for Mexico’s richest sport fishing grounds, the Sea of Cortez.
